Our Enacfire E19 review reminded us that we have come a long way from the days of the bulky Walkman and headphones that looked like they belonged at air traffic control. The world moved on to the minuscule iPod and earbuds with overlong cords. Next, we moved on to sleek smartphones with wired earbuds that also come with long cords.
Now, long cords can get in the way as you work out or do some other form of physical activity. They often contort themselves into a messy ball, yet no one thought to invent a conditioning spray that could detangle the mess.
But someone did think do away with wires altogether, which is why we have wireless headphones now, like the starts of this article. Let’s jump right into our Enacfire E19 review.
Consumers like high-performance headphones with great sound quality. The kind that can make a workout or a long day at the office a little more enjoyable. Consumers also like a good deal. Enacfire has a line of Bluetooth earbuds that check both boxes. The latest product in this line is the ENACFIRE Future Plus Wireless Earbuds.
They come with a 2600mAh charging case that provides up to 104 hours of playtime. Let us take a closer look at how these earbuds hold up when we put them through their paces.
Content Breakdown
Enacfire E19 review part 1: Unboxing
The whole setup comes in a compact, shrink-wrapped box that opens up like a music box. You could repurpose the box, seeing as it is sturdy and looks nice. Nestled in the box are a pair of earbuds and a charging case.
You should find the earbuds right above the charging case, instead of inside it. This placement conserves the battery while the package is in transit because once you place the earpieces in the case, the battery starts to discharge.
Also in the box is a fancy warranty key that is good for 18 months, as well as a thick user manual. The box also holds a charging cord and two extra sets of ear tips. At the very bottom of the box is a glossy faux-leather bag to hold the charging case.
Design: Earbuds
As you handle the different contents of the package, you will be impressed at the build quality of each component. Take the earbuds as an example. Their small form allows them to sit unnoticed in your ears. The earbuds are designed with ergonomics in mind. They are shaped to sit snugly in the contour of the ear and they sit in place as you jog, bend, jump or do any other vigorous movements.
The earbuds have charging pins on their inner surface and control buttons on their outer ones. These control audio playback, pairing, playlist navigation and calls. The left earbud is the dominant of the pair, so its button has more powerful functions.
Design: Charging case
The charging case is compact and rectangular, with rounded edges and a matte-black finish. It opens with a hinge that locks to prevent the case from snapping shut around your fingers.
The case has one micro-USB port for a data connection and standard USB port that allows you to charge a second device. It also has a flap that covers the ports when they are not in use.
There is a row of LED status lights at the front of the case. Two of the lights indicate whether or not the earbuds are inside the case, charging. The third lights up when the case itself is charging. This Enacfire E19 review is just getting started.
Performance: Battery holding time
The inbuilt battery inside the Future Plus Earbuds allows you to enjoy up to four hours’ uninterrupted playtime. When the earbuds run out of charge, you can recharge them in their 2600mAh charging case.
The case doubles as a power pack that can charge any mobile device with a USB charger port. At full charge, the case can provide power for 104 hours before it runs out of juice.
Performance: Pairing and Controls
Pairing the earphones to your mobile device only takes a minute. All you need to do is switch on the Bluetooth on your device. The earbuds will appear on the list of available devices, so go ahead and pair them to your phone.
You should know that the left earbud is the dominant of the two. It is the one that pairs with your device. So when you take it out of the case, it will pair automatically. When you put it back, the Bluetooth connection cuts off. It is possible to use the right earbud on its own, though. First, you will need to pair it with your device afresh.
Here is how the buttons on the earbuds work, in a nutshell:
- The button on the left earbud goes back one track on your playlist
- The button on the right earbud goes forward by one track
- If you long-press the button on the left earbud, you activate the voice assistant on your device
- Any button can take or end a call
Performance: Connection and sound quality
During our Enacfire E19 review, we quickly noticed how the Bluetooth 5.0 allows for a strong connection between your device and the earbuds. The signal remains steady and strong at a distance of up to 30 feet, without any compromise to sound quality. So whether you are out for a run or just walking around the den as you watch TV, these earbuds will allow you to enjoy great sound and mobility.
The ENACFIRE Future Plus Earbuds have well-built drivers that render powerful bass and clear, distinct treble. This makes them perfect for music and movies. They also work fine for audiobooks and voice calls. The physical design of these earbuds allows them to cancel noise, improving the sound quality that much more.

Performance: Fit and water resistance
The ENACFIRE Future Plus Earbuds come with three sizes of ear tips: Small, medium and large. Rest assured that one of these will fit your ear perfectly, allowing the earbuds to stay in place no matter what you are doing. At some point, you will find yourself forgetting that you had the earbuds on in the first place.
With an IPX7 rating, the earbuds are water-resistant, to some extent. They can handle sweat and the odd rain shower pretty well. That being said, they are not specifically geared towards underwater use, so swimming with these earbuds is off the table. We’ll wrap up this Enacfire E19 review by going over the pros and cons of these earbuds.
Pros
- The earbuds and the charging case are well built
- Will hold up under a little water and sweat
- Good noise isolation
- Good sound quality
- Bluetooth 5.0 allows for uninterrupted connection for a range of up to 30 feet
Cons
- No volume control on the earbuds
- They do not come with a companion app, which would make it easy to adjust the equalizer settings of these earbuds
- You can only navigate your playlist when you use both earbuds
- You only get three pairs of ear tips
Enacfire E19 review verdict: Affordable and worth every penny
The Enacfire Future Plus earbuds have more features than models that are far more expensive. The sound quality of the earbuds is also amazing, thanks to the excellent noise-canceling features.
Better still, the earphones hold a steady, clear connection. They are largely waterproof and very durable, thanks to the quality materials and workmanship that went into their fabrication. Add to this a charging case that doubles as a power pack and you have yourself a winner.
